Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Uri

The amazing place to stay for traveling, sightseeing, climbing. It’s worth coming there if you enjoy outdoor activities. I’d never forget experiences there.

Nadine’s place is a beautiful, warm and cozy place to stay in the wonderful mountains of Switzerland. The kids absolutely loved to be in the wooden house :) Nadine’s communication was very pleasant, and there’s a nice neighbor helping to make sure the place is all warmed up with the old ovens.

We loved the vacation home as a family! Everything was very neat and very clean, we lacked nothing in amenities! We felt right at home. Surroundings is quiet, the location fantastic. Public transport and parking are available in the immediate vicinity. Gastronomy as well. Communication with Jaqueline was excellent all the time. We can recommend the apartment unconditionally. For future stays in the region, we would book here again! Many thanks to the great hostess!

The house is situated right next to the nature reserve and surrounded by forest. The stream next to the house provides a tranquil sound the whole day. Ideal for kids to run around the woods and as a start for hikes. The house has many bedrooms each with a great view and a nice fireplace for the evenings.

Already for the third time we come and experience a great holiday on the slopes and in the evening in a cozy cabin. Thank you so much for letting us come and everything is as uncomplicated and friendly as possible. Until next time;-)

Oh, the location! It overlooks lake Lucerne and is so so beautiful. Great area behind the house for barbecue or just a night under the sky. Nice additions to the house to make it more welcoming. They had a lot of board games, which was very thoughtful but we couldn't use them as they were in German. The host met us at check in and even gave a lot of local recommendations. Great place to stay for families.

Excellent location right across the street from Brunni. Would be perfect for families with kids learning to ski. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, and very clean. The only things that we found less than prefect were 1) sound insulation in the building was not very good. The first night, we encountered unit upstairs partying till after 2am and we could hear the yelling and music well. Lucky for us, it didn't happen again, and the host told us that they would complain to the other unit's owner if it recurs. 2) rooms run hotter than the thermostat set points. The thermostat was set to 20 when we arrived, room were at 23. We subsequently lower them to 18C, but bedrooms were still 22-23. 3) My wife and I find the mattresses soft for our personal taste. We would be happy to stay here again. I only wish I had returned the kitchen to its pristine state in our rush to the airport after my wife suffered a leg fracture skiing.

Katrin was a wonderful host very friendly and communicative! Apartment was so clean and felt like home. All amenities you need. We were there for skiing in andermatt and this was a great place to come back to and relax. Lots of space for a large group and very reasonably priced. Town of gurtnellen is very quaint and locals are very nice.

Our stay at Nora's was excellent. The apartment keeps what it promises in the pictures. Nora is extremely friendly and provided us in advance with all the necessary information about the apartment and its use. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love, so you immediately felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, a fully equipped house, in the middle of the mountains. The communication with Roman was easy and fast. We walked to Engelberg pretty much everyday, it is an easy and beautiful path next to the river. We spend one week in Switzerland every year, every-time in a different location, but after these days, we wouldn’t mind coming back next year.
