Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Utah Lake

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for parents and 5 kids to relax. Also, I especially appreciate the nice towels and roomy closets, as well as the desk in the master bedroom.

This place is the perfect spot to stay for a quick ski trip! Perfect location and plenty of space for a whole family. Each room was very spacious and the downstairs as well. The hot tub seemed brand new and the kitchen made dinners easy and comfortable. It isn’t a super fancy space and has spots of wear and tear but for our purposes was perfect. Highly recommend for a family heading to the slopes.

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and coffee filters and spices. Hot and well maintained hot tub. Very responsive host!

Val and Craig's place was a wonderful stay. 5 bedrooms, 7 beds. Beds and linens were super cozy. Sizable public spaces on the main floor. Large dining table and sectional. Private hot tub was great. Limited but beautiful views from the master bedroom and main floor balconies. The 101 bus runs every 30 minutes into downtown park city (and canyons). It's a 6 minute walk to the bus stop. The bus can get busy during peak hours, but we never had a problem getting on. Absolutely would stay again!

Had a great February ski trip at Hollys house with 6 long-time friends. Everything was exactly what we expected and Holly was extremely helpful in answering questions we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Alex was a great host and the house absolutely met our needs. We appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen where we made some wonderful evening meals after great days on the slopes. Hanging out in the back yard while enjoying the hot tub was the highlight of the evenings.

We’ve stayed in many places in Park City and this townhouse was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the beautiful decor. The bus stop was steps away and made getting to the slopes a breeze. Main Street was an easy walk. For skiing. the garage afforded a great space to unload gear and then just inside the door was a convenient place for hanging clothing and taking off shoes/boots. The hot tub was located in a cute little oasis. We will definitely be back!

Second time staying here and will again in the future. Very close to town lift for skiing with my family. Perfect-very clean, plenty of beds for 6 of us.

Our purpose - meet up with family for 3 days of skiing- three adults, two teenagers, a 10 year old. We do two ski trips/ year, one to Vail and another to various ski resort (Tahoe area, Salt Lake area, Aspen). Second trip to we stayed on the Canyons side because we knew from the last time that we enjoyed that side more. The townhome was beautifully decorated and spotless and we thoroughly appreciated the Miele gas cooktop and we also used the grill twice. We cooked in every night. My husband, the cook, said he "loved" the kitchen. From a convenience standpoint, very nice to have seasonings, washer/dryer, trash bags, dish soap, etc already supplied.. The view from the townhome was gorgeous. They had a sled or two and the kids would sled every day after skiing and had a blast. Everyone slept well. Would note the distance to the gondola- 5 min walk downhill going, uphill back, roads slushy, slick, or snowy. We walked, but consider calling free shuttle or if have a car, get dropped off.

This is a great condo at the Zermatt resort. Plenty of info provided prior to check in. Perfect size for the three of us for a long weekend stay. Very close to Soldier Hollow nordic center where we spent most of the weekend. It was nice to have the kitchen as an option, although we ate out for most meals. It was nice having access to all of the amenities at the resort - our son especially loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Only minor complaint (similar to another reviewer) - for part of our stay someone was staying in the adjoining unit. I don't think they were being particularly loud, but we could hear everything they were saying, and I'm sure vice versa.

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! The scenery is beautiful, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location was amazing!

We loved our stay. I was worried we would’ve have enough space but I was pleasantly surprised to see the home was a lot more spacious than the pictures showed. The yard was beautiful and the jacuzzi was a plus.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Beautiful home with lots of spaces for multiple families. We loved all the outside spaces and we had a great time in the pool and hotub. Floaties and pool towels were handy. Our kiddos loved the ping pong table and we loved the amazing views. The air conditioning wasn’t working well in the >100 degree heat but the host was very responsive and addressed the issue in a prompt way that we greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dave and Tristy’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We also spent our evenings around the fire pit, making s’mores and enjoying the peaceful surroundings—it was truly the perfect way to end the day. Dave and Tristy were incredible hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making their cabin a welcoming retreat, and it really shows. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back

My group and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, Central to everything and literally right next to Woodward. I will absolutely stay here again if we're back in the area. Thanks for being a great host!

Beautiful cabin by the river. A great horned owl hung out on a branch while we were enjoying the jacuzzi. Very cozy cabin with wood provided for the wood burning stove. Will definitely book again!

Cabin was a literal dream come true. So cozy and intimate. Just like a Christmas movie 😂

The cabin was so much fun to stay at for our family of 6. The kids loved the views, the “bunk” beds, the hammock, and the hot tub. The kitchen was set up to be able to do some light cooking, and that was nice. We enjoyed the games they had available as well as some fun movies from their dvd selection. Pictures don’t do it justice! Overall we had a very nice stay. Incredible little neighborhood, very Family friendly. We would stay again! 🩷

Many have said it before me, but Brian’s cabin is like a slice of heaven on earth. My son and I had the best time in an idyllic and fantastically functional wooden paradise. The cabin is stunning. The setting is jaw dropping. So much thought has been put into ensuring ever need is catered for. It’s so cosy and Brian was such a kind and generous host. Perfectly situated for Snowbird and close to all the amenities you could require. The best air bnb I have stayed in and I can’t wait to go back!
