Our Cozy Cottage is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. There are no stairs. It is new, as of September 2020. Living area has a comfortable couch, table and chairs. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor light above the wide sidewalk to the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.

Guests will enjoy close proximity to Zion National Park (20 Mins), Grand Canyon National Park (2.5 hrs), and Bryce Canyon National Park (2 hrs). As well as, TWO lakes (10 Mins), Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park.

Come enjoy the peace of the country. Our 1,400 sq ft Farmhouse is located just north of Fairview in quiet Milburn Valley. We're a family-friendly place that's great for a "Stay-cation", couples weekend or for friends who just want to get away for a while. You can also work from home while staying with us. The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

We hope you enjoy our space. We provide you with oatmeal and farm fresh eggs as the greens allow. There is private entrance to a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom all private. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.
