Our guests enjoy our centralized location when visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks as well Cedar Breaks and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments and Panguitch Lake. The Cottage by Zion

Built from my horses hay shed and transformed into a unique piece of art! My mothers taste and uniqueness and my dads labor is nothing but impressive. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

This is our Superior King room. New construction located on the second floor. Stair accessible only. This room comes with a TV, coffee bar, fridge and microwave. This room has a private bath with a separate tub with shower. Located in our patio area and it is the most private, spacious and quiet room we offer. Breakfast is included in our regular season from March 1 to November 15. Rooms are discounted in our off season.

"Miss Dolly" Room at the Roughlock Resort

Miss Dolly is a small room located inside a charming old-west style hotel. Queen sized bed, with vanity and private bath. Clean and cozy. Downstairs includes a shared conversation area and dining tables. Dark Skies, cool temperatures, quiet atmosphere. Relax and enjoy. The hotel used to have a steakhouse that is now closed. Guest can use the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room to dine and visit.

Great little boutique 2 room hotel. This particular room is called the Longhorn! Quiet and very peaceful. Room has microwave and small fridge. The restaurant close by is called Fire and Smoke, please check their hours if you plan on eating there.
