Beautiful chalet for 5 persons on the water of the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The Cabana is incl. sloop, jacuzzi and supboards. Lovely garden with sunbeds and outdoor shower. Under the veranda with patio heating, enjoy the outdoor kitchen with cooker, BBQ, dishwasher, fridge. Atmospherically lit, wifi, bluetooth speakers, HD TV, air conditioning. Pets € 45 per booking. Not for groups of young people under 30, no parties. We require an extra deposit of € 500 for the boat as Airbnb does not insure it.

Cozy living park with spacious living room and cozy wood stove. Centrally located. Spacious garden with lounge. Swimming water. Free Parking in front of the door. Next to the Jaarbeurs, close to CS. Historical Center is a 15-minute walk away. Self check-in In consultation, I can put a 1p mattress on the floor in the living room for extra people. For a 4th person, a simple sleeping mattress. With a significant portion of income, I support two families in Alexandra Township, Johannesburg.

Amazing houseboat

Amazing houseboat, centrally located in Lombok, Utrecht. Walking (7min) from central station. 25 min till Amsterdam central. 1 private parking spot. incl.2 canoes. Comfortable beds, 2 beds are downstairs, 1 bed upstairs; in this bed youn will sleep under the stars, which you can see through theskylight. Swimming is possible, the water is clean. In the front is a large water terrace, in the back a nice garden. There is a bathtub. It is a relaxed and spacious home with some nice perks.

You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Luxury houseboat in top location.

A unique experience! Take a dip in the water, eat and drink on the terrace and enjoy the freedom. A true vacation feeling. Nice on the water and yet within walking distance of the city center of Utrecht. We hope that you can enjoy our nice home at home. Also super nice for children. We have a toddler ourselves so toddler bedroom, toys, bath and fence by the water.. it's all present! Please note : we have two (very sweet!) British Shorthair cats!
