We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. There is excellent air conditioning available. The perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking trips, as we are located next to the “Utrechtse Heuvelrug” National Park. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

Grab the canoes and go out to explore the Loosdrechtse lakes. As a father of two teenagers I exactly know how to make my family happy!

In a beautiful green location, detached modern cottage, 15 min walk from center/station. You have access to a bedroom/living room with a double bed (1.70) on the loft. In the sitting area, there is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Completely newly furnished, cozy cottage with an area of approximately 55 m2 divided over two floors with parking on private property. “De Automaat” has all the comforts. Spacious living room on the ground floor with French doors and a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with rain shower. Spacious bedroom with air conditioning on the first floor.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been created with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate area is popular with hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere! Of course, the cottage is equipped with free WiFi and a smart television. The cottage has its own entrance on a demarcated piece of the plot.
