Holiday rentals with beach access in Uttara Kannada

A lovely apartment I felt at home there. Will defo stay again great value. The kitchen was fully equipped bed was very comfortable nice balcony and a security man so felt safe. The housekeepers came and cleaned and check on me most days. Perfect place great location between Agonda and Palomen.

We stayed at Kapil's second time and it was great. Few improvements since last year made our stay even better. Many thanks to host and hope we will be visit again next year. Dominika&Jacob&Michael

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

We stayed here as a short halt while driving back to Pune from Kerala. It was a last minute booking and we chose this place as it was close to the highway and to the Palolem beach. The house is specious, newly constructed, fully furnished with a functional kitchen. It is perfectly situated surrounded by green woods, and within a small hamlet settlement. The beach, eateries and shops were walking distance and we didn't need to take out our car even once during our short stay. Definitely shortlisting this place for when we come back to this part of Goa again in the future for a longer stay.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. I had a wonderful stay at Palolem Hills, Canacona! The location is absolutely perfect — nestled in the peaceful hills but still very close to Palolem Beach and other beautiful spots in South Goa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment (or villa) was spacious, airy, and had a lovely balcony view. I especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh, green surroundings. It felt like a true getaway from the noise and crowds. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They also gave some great local tips for food, beaches, and activities. Absolutely loved my stay at The 22, Bay Guest House in Canacona! The place looked exactly like the pictures — super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The stay was really comfortable, and having private parking was such a big plus — made everything so easy and hassle-free. Perfect spot for a chilled getaway. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

This Airbnb was a truly wonderful place to stay, nestled among lush trees and plants! A peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding, was created by the serene, nature-filled surroundings. The beach was within walking distance. The property itself was charming, clean, and blending seamlessly with the natural environment. The hosts were attentive and ensured everything was perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing, nature-immersed getaway near the beach!

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Our young family could not have been happier in the house. A phenomenal spot; a short walk to Patnem beach, and the local shops and restaurants. An extremely peaceful place, we used the beach for swimming, eating etc and would have downtime in the house. Ideal! Nivo very very helpful, going over and above what was required and our expectations. Happy Goa times!

We had a very pleasant stay at Dilip’s place. We went with kids and there was no interference from the host at all unless we requested. One suggestion is to improve the flush in the toilet and the force in the taps in the bathroom.. it was a bit inconvenient since we were a group of 8 and there is only 1 bathroom. But it’s a great stay for us and we hope to go next year as well.

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

The host is a lovely person! She helped us out with almost everything and did what no other host would do and made us feel special. The property is very well maintained and spotless absolutely everything you need and more. The furnishings, the choice of colours and cleanliness is amazing. Just choose this if you want a comfortable stay

It’s an amazing place to stay at and the location of the stay is also good. Nearby to the main market and the palolem and patnem beach. 10/10 for couples or a small family.

Maninder has the perfect studio apartment for a couple to have a workacation in South Goa. it's a 6 minute drive from Palolem beach, and is right off the market area. we also were easily able to park our car inside the apartment complex. the room is spotless and is fully stocked with linen, towels, and all basic amenities that we could think of. we felt like home the moment we entered. will surely stay at Maninders place always whenever we come back to South Goa. 5 stars all the way.

The unit is a great base for exploring Palolem, around 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from a great little restaurant- Green Leaf. The unit is very clean and comfortable, and the caretaker - Vinay - is friendly and communicative. We love both North and South Goa, and for exploring the latter this is a lovely place to stay.
