Holiday rentals with beach access in Uttara Kannada

A lovely apartment I felt at home there. Will defo stay again great value. The kitchen was fully equipped bed was very comfortable nice balcony and a security man so felt safe. The housekeepers came and cleaned and check on me most days. Perfect place great location between Agonda and Palomen.

We stayed at Kapil's second time and it was great. Few improvements since last year made our stay even better. Many thanks to host and hope we will be visit again next year. Dominika&Jacob&Michael

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

We stayed here as a short halt while driving back to Pune from Kerala. It was a last minute booking and we chose this place as it was close to the highway and to the Palolem beach. The house is specious, newly constructed, fully furnished with a functional kitchen. It is perfectly situated surrounded by green woods, and within a small hamlet settlement. The beach, eateries and shops were walking distance and we didn't need to take out our car even once during our short stay. Definitely shortlisting this place for when we come back to this part of Goa again in the future for a longer stay.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. I had a wonderful stay at Palolem Hills, Canacona! The location is absolutely perfect — nestled in the peaceful hills but still very close to Palolem Beach and other beautiful spots in South Goa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment (or villa) was spacious, airy, and had a lovely balcony view. I especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh, green surroundings. It felt like a true getaway from the noise and crowds. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They also gave some great local tips for food, beaches, and activities. TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). Absolutely loved my stay at The 22, Bay Guest House in Canacona! The place looked exactly like the pictures — super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The stay was really comfortable, and having private parking was such a big plus — made everything so easy and hassle-free. Perfect spot for a chilled getaway. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

It’s an amazing place to stay at and the location of the stay is also good. Nearby to the main market and the palolem and patnem beach. 10/10 for couples or a small family.

Maninder has the perfect studio apartment for a couple to have a workacation in South Goa. it's a 6 minute drive from Palolem beach, and is right off the market area. we also were easily able to park our car inside the apartment complex. the room is spotless and is fully stocked with linen, towels, and all basic amenities that we could think of. we felt like home the moment we entered. will surely stay at Maninders place always whenever we come back to South Goa. 5 stars all the way.

The unit is a great base for exploring Palolem, around 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from a great little restaurant- Green Leaf. The unit is very clean and comfortable, and the caretaker - Vinay - is friendly and communicative. We love both North and South Goa, and for exploring the latter this is a lovely place to stay.

Edwin was always very helpful and quick answering, also flexible about checking in and out. absolutely recommended. The kitchen is not super equipped but you will find all the very necessary and basic things. The flat never gets direct sunlight so it didn’t become too hot even in the hottest period. It’s quiet and comfortable, l felt well being there. Maybe a table for eating/working would be good to have.
