Welcome to a peaceful and functional grandma's cottage - a more familiar fox nest. The main house has a bedroom, a connected living room and kitchen, a bathroom, and a big terrace. In the large yard you have a guest house, barbecue shed, sauna building, swimming pool and hot tub. Here, children have room to play, adults have the opportunity to relax and catch a breath, and pets are welcome to join in on vacation. The pool season ends on 6 September 2026 due to a pool replacement. Hot tub available until the end of October.

A hot tub (for 4 people) and a heated swimming pool make this modern and cozy family destination an excellent holiday destination. You will have access to 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with two showers, a sauna, and another toilet. Barbecue, dining table and children's play area in the yard. Spacious living spaces and the tranquility of the forest right in the yard invite you to relax. Final cleaning is included in the price. Surcharges/booking hot tub €90 swimming pool €120 (summer) No parties allowed!

Attic apartment in the Jugend house

Experience a unique piece of history and stay in the attic apartment of a Jugend villa built in 1914. Over the past 10 years, three magnificent apartments have been completely renovated in Sinivuoren Kivilinna. This two-level attic apartment has everything you need for a relaxing overnight stay or, for example, a staycation for a couple or a small group of friends. The beautiful bathroom has an infrared steam shower. The apartment's large terrace balcony is an oasis surrounded by green foliage during the summer.

Villa Linnéa courtyard building

Welcome to a cozy, newly renovated little apartment located in a separate building in the yard of our home. The accommodation has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and private terrace. The courtyard swimming pool is shared with the residents of the house during the summer. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two sofa beds. The area is quiet and safe, and parking is available right in front of the accommodation. We live in the house next door and will be happy to help if you need assistance.

Saunala (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna)

For a unique stay at Villa Korholan, you can book a separate Saunala building with 2 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom and an electric sauna. Your reservation includes access to the swimming pool and hot tub, playground, gym and beach sauna. Cooking is possible in the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area. Terrace areas are at your disposal. Our premises accommodate one group at a time. So you can enjoy the place in peace. The hosts live in the main building and take care of your comfort.

Stay North - Porkkalanniemi

Porkkalanniemi is a newly built Nordic-style home completed in 2025, offering space for up to 8 guests. Inside, modern design & large windows frame the surrounding sea and sky, while three bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfort for families or groups. Outdoors, a sauna with water views, a wide terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, & direct access to the pier connect the stay to the shoreline. Thoughtful details, from the main bedroom to the guest cabin, make the house both inviting and functional.

Peaceful Countryside Studio & hotel services

Siuntio Suite is a renovated studio apartment (22 m2) with a view to the fields of Uusimaa countryside. You can enjoy the services of the annexed hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, sauna and gym. Parking included. It's a perfect little hideaway just less than 50 km from Helsinki, accessible also by train and bus (HSL ticket!). So if you need a getaway place with a fully equipped kitchen and wifi, and hope to enjoy an active weekend or concentrate on your project, Siuntio Suite is your place!

Villa Vaapukka

Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

Villa Metsälampi is very private with own yard and fenced surroundings. Log cabin and has bic terrace and well equipped grill and large swimming pool. During summertime we also have small cabin outside that can hold 2 extra persons. Cabin has sauna and shower with short distance to swimming pool. Swimming pool is heated and water temperature is +24 celsius Smoking allowed only on designated area outside.

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
