Villa Linnéa courtyard building

Welcome to a cozy, newly renovated little apartment located in a separate building in the yard of our home. The accommodation has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and private terrace. The courtyard swimming pool is shared with the residents of the house during the summer. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two sofa beds. The area is quiet and safe, and parking is available right in front of the accommodation. We live in the house next door and will be happy to help if you need assistance.

Studio with free parking

This property is a 20-minute walk from Helsinki Railway Station. A private parking space is available to motorists free of charge. The accommodation price includes a private sauna and swimming shift on Saturdays from 7 pm to 8 pm. On other days, the pool area is available for shared swimming. You can swim in the housing association's swimming pool for morning swimming every weekday The sauna is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. The housing association's gym can be booked for private use.

Saunala (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna)

For a unique stay at Villa Korholan, you can book a separate Saunala building with 2 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom and an electric sauna. Your reservation includes access to the swimming pool and hot tub, playground, gym and beach sauna. Cooking is possible in the well-equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area. Terrace areas are at your disposal. Our premises accommodate one group at a time. So you can enjoy the place in peace. The hosts live in the main building and take care of your comfort.

Stay North - Porkkalanniemi

Porkkalanniemi is a newly built Nordic-style home completed in 2025, offering space for up to 8 guests. Inside, modern design and large windows frame the surrounding sea and sky, while three bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfort for families or groups. Outdoors, a sauna with water views, a wide terrace with a jacuzzi, and direct access to the pier connect the stay to the shoreline. Thoughtful details, from the main bedroom to the guest cabin, make the house both inviting and functional.

Private country house with hot tub and saunas

Escape to this private and spacious resort-style country house in the peaceful countryside of Porvoo. Unwind in the hot tub after a workout in the home gym then relax in one of the two saunas (one electric inside and one wood-fired outside). Cozy up with a book by the downstairs fireplace or catch-up on work or projects in the dedicated office space. There's plenty of space for your whole family, including your pets! The garden has a fenced in area so dogs can safely run around outside.

Scandinavian H (access to sauna & pool)

Enjoy your stay at our Scandinavian design home, which is built on two floors with a room height of over 4m. You'll live in a private apartment connected to our detached house. There is access available for a sauna & swimming pool area within the main house (for an extra cost). The house is located in the middle of Helsinki in a peaceful neighborhood (Oulunkylä). Excellent accessibility to both the city center and the airport by public transportation or your own car. Free street-parking

Villa Vaapukka

Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

Mökki + palju Hanko

Welcome to a quiet and practical grandmother's cottage - more familiarly, a foxhole. The main house has a bedroom, a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. In the large yard you have a guest house, barbecue canopy, sauna building, swimming pool and hot tub. Here, children have room to play, adults have the opportunity to relax and breathe, and pets are welcome to join the holiday.

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.

Villa Metsälampi

Villa Metsälampi is very private with own yard and fenced surroundings. Log cabin and has bic terrace and well equipped grill and large swimming pool. During summertime we also have small cabin outside that can hold 2 extra persons. Cabin has sauna and shower with short distance to swimming pool. Swimming pool is closed until may 2026 Smoking allowed only on designated area outside.

Big two-room (66m2) flat in trendy area a few blocks from the very center of Helsinki. Restaurants and bars are near but the flat is peaceful in the inner yard. Suits even 6 people, 4 in king and queen size beds and 2 smaller ones on a sofa bed. Also extra mattresses available.
