A cozy cottage by the lake in Karjalohja awaits you about an hour's drive from the metropolitan area. The cottage has a cottage, bedroom, sleeping alcove, hallway, dressing room and sauna (about 44m2). My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

It has 1 bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, living & dining room, bathroom with shower and a veranda. Tucked between a forest and a lake, the cottage is very peaceful. Helsinki and Porvoo easily reached with own car, no buses nearby. Separate sauna building available with prior notice.
