Grandma's cottage & courtyard sauna with amenities

Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-metre mini home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The cottage can be cooled or heated. In the outdoor sauna, there is a hot shower + firewood for heating the sauna stove. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen nook. Clear instructions for all features. 2 bedrooms, 2 WCs and 2 TVs. Pet fee €10. Additional guest €10/night. When you leave, only take your own footprints with you. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is old, it has wood heating, and pets are kept on the property, which may cause symptoms for those with sensitivities. Stairs and an uneven garden can make it difficult to exercise :(

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

The cottage is an old main building of a log-structured horse farm and is almost 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm and the farm has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Grocery store 6 km 4 km to the beach Nature trail 3 km Oulu 35 km I speak English.
