Free parking is available on the beach, which is a 10-minute rowing distance (270 meters) from the island. There is a rowing boat, 2 boats for a larger group, and life jackets. NOTE! If you do not do the final cleaning yourself, please remember to agree on it for a price of 90 euros/booking. Also agree on the possible rental of linens and towels for 15 euros/person/booking.

The river is located next to it (100m) and the river is accessed by a pier. There is a rowing boat on the beach. The cottage is located 18 km from Ylikiiming and 54 km from the center of Oulu. Entspann dich in unserem gemütlichen Ferienhaus für maximal 6 Personen am Ufer des Kivesjärvi-Sees in der finnischen Natur. Erbaut 2007, mit atemberaubender Blick auf das große 4500qm Grundstück und den Kivesjärvi-See. Eine kleine Sauna mit Holzofen steht im Haupthaus zur Verfügung und eine Strandsauna, auch mit Holzofen und Seeblick, sowie eine Wanne zum entspannen und ein Gillplatz direkt am See. All das nutzt Du ganz allein. (Strandsauna und Wanne kann im Winter nicht genutzt werden.)

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
