Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
