On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Live well with a lovely double bed on the loft and a lovely kitchen and living room in one - as in a real "New Yorker" apartment. Nice bathroom with everything you need and a unique raw kitchen. What I love most about my apartment is that it's cozy and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you like. And then it's so nice to sleep on the loft. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
