Our stay at Mandars place was a beautiful escape into nature.. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful vibes, it was a perfect break we needed from city rush. The place is exactly how it looks like in pictures.. Mandar was proactive and kept in touch throughout which made everything smooth.. the caretaker did not show up at the parking spot which was a bit of inconvenience since my gf and i had a few heavy bags and had a long journey.. but once he showed up, he turned out to be very helpful and polite guy.. We had a great stay and which i would 100% recommend..

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. All the bedrooms and the common areas were well furnished for a comfortable stay. The surrounding was so quiet, particularly at night, that one could hear the sound of the crashing waves just a few steps from the house. The host was friendly and communicated clearly about the property. He also helped us with suggestions on things we could do during our stay. One point to note though, is that the area does not have good mobile networks. So a bit of planning might be required, for example downloading offline maps to reach the place etc. There is wifi at the property, which works fine.

Swati is very pro-active, co-operative and responsive. The care taker Raju was also very helpful. The place is very similar to how it looks in photos. Perfect place to spend peaceful time with family. Really thankful to Swati for all the help during our stay. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a peaceful weekend at this property! Even though it’s remote, it has free broadband, which was a bonus. The area isn’t crowded, so our dog could roam freely off-leash, and the secure fencing let us relax without worry. This place is great for pet parents and anyone wanting a quiet break from city life. The caretaker Milind arranged tasty Konkan meals from a local dhaba, delivered right to us. We even spotted a peacock in the early morning – a lovely surprise! Host Ankita was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a nature-filled getaway.
