You can breathe the air of home. Very clean, tidy and really equipped with everything. As I wrote, it feels like home. Congratulations to Paolo and Patrizia. Too bad I only spent one night… I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Foligno and its surroundings!!

A beautiful and well-kept stay in every detail, both from an aesthetic point of view and cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and instruments of excellent quality. The location expresses great potential, unfortunately we stayed during the rainy days but the comfort of the property compensated widely without ruining our short vacation. Michele was present and receptive, a great host. I recommend everyone to stay with him.

Very friendly host. The place was perfect and just as described. The road to reach it was slightly longer than expected, but totally worth the effort!

We had a great time at Paolo's place who is a friendly, considerate and very accommodating host. Her place is spacious, clean and well located and access to the gardens is a real plus. Monte Cucco, very close, is a beautiful mountain that lends itself to many activities: hiking, paragliding, hang gliding, caving, mountain biking... The region is incredibly beautiful and offers many opportunities for cultural discoveries (Gubbio, Assisi, Fabriano, Perugia...) in a fairly close perimeter. And if you have any questions, you can be sure Paolo is happy to help.
