This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with ice rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.
