Located in the municipality of Saint Victor La Riviere, between Besse en Chandesse and Murol. (Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. In total tranquility, vaulted room with shower room (sink and shower cabin) and separate toilet, blackout blind, armchairs, neat decoration. Bikes available Breakfast possible €10 per person 2 rivers cross the village of 635 inhabitants, 2 restaurants and basic shops.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
