We are renting out our cozy cabin with a plot of about 3000 sqm with secluded location. 300 meters from the plot, by the lake Tjen is its own jetty with rowing boat. Start the day with a coffee and a morning swim at your own jetty by the stately oaks and untouched nature. With nature reserves outside the property and in summer time, our sheep and cows graze in the pasture next door. The charming cottage has three rooms and kitchen with wood stove and tiled stove with toilet and shower. For rent per week (change Mondays) summer time. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Cabin in rural setting

Find the tranquility at our small farm. Drink your morning coffee right next to the pasture where our trotting horses spend some of the day. On the farm, we raise trot horses, African dwarf goats, small Dexter cows and chickens are here to brighten your life. When you want to get to the water, there is both swimming from sandy beach and cliffs within a radius of 6 kilometers. Visit Fyrudden, during the summer there is a daily boat trip out to the archipelago. The grocery store is open all year round. In the vicinity, there are restaurants, pizzeria, etc. .

Small charming cottage in Gryt

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The cottage is located on a plot on the outskirts of Gryt community. The cottage is located next to villa with permanent accommodation but is still well secluded. It is close to various leisure activities golf, child-friendly swimming, sea bathing nice hiking trails and walking paths. It is four kilometers to the junction Fyrudden in the Gryts archipelago where there is a restaurant, ice cream bar and good opportunities for various excursions in the archipelago

Unique cottage on its own headland with sauna and hot tub

The house is completely secluded on a headland with fantastic views. Here you enjoy a wonderful environment regardless of the season. The cottage has been newly renovated and outside there is a large patio deck with sofas and several dining areas. Right by the sea, there is also a house with a sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. There is a SUP, a small rowing boat and kayaks (for the experienced paddler). For younger guests there is a small sandy beach, swings and a large trampoline. The house has living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 fixed beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 extra beds to bring out. Patios on the jetty and outside the house and barbecue. Full kitchen equipment (fridge, hotplates, small oven, coffee maker, etc.). No running water (Dunks are available and refilled at nearby residence). Dry toilet managed by the tenant him/herself. Note. Trips and return trips are booked yourself via Östgötatrafiken (costs SEK 45/pp) Line: 776 Dock: 7 (from Fyrudden) Cleaning is done by the tenant him/herself.

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Indoor toilet and outdoor shower with hot water.

Unwind in this unique and quiet home in central Valdemarsvik. Here you live very uniquely in an interior newly renovated station house from 1904. The apartment has all the convenience and is right by Valdemarsviken/Baltic Sea with proximity to Systembolag, Restaurants and shops. We are waiting for building permits to repaint the facade, which means that we are also waiting to build the garden, but do not let that be a deterrent to the cozy and completely renovated feeling you will experience inside!

Our two guest cottages are beautifully located in the nature of Småland. Only three km to cozy and family friendly swimming in the bay and only five minutes walk through the forest to a small lake, perfectly suitable for a refreshing morning swim. Close to a variety of sights, hikes, flea markets, garden cafés and small cute towns. Or why not just relax to birdsong from the generous porch. Nice berry and mushroom forests right next to the cottage. Grocery store six kilometers.

We rent our cozy summer cottage in the Tjust archipelago. Beautiful location on a large waterfront property. Below the cottage is a small sandy beach - ideal for children - as well as a jetty.
