We rent out our house when we are away. It is close to Ålesund, has a nice view and is child-friendly. Large garden with trampoline. Kitchen, TV lounge, living room and two bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed (160). It is also possible to set up a bed in the TV lounge if needed (for a small additional charge). Please note: Low ceiling (but all the more cosy). Our cat lives here too. Direct bus to Ålesund 50 m from the house (approx. 20 min travel time). Otherwise, it's a 10-12 minute drive to both Ålesund city centre and the airport.

Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Bellahuset - A Charming House in Ulsteinvik

Welcome to Bellahuset - a charming house from 1914 with a great atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet street in the centre of Ulsteinvik. Here you can just park your car and walk to everything the centre has to offer, including restaurants, a shopping centre, a water park, a climbing wall and a beach volleyball court. About a 10-minute walk to the beach. In the garden, there is a lawn and a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. On the idyllic Sæbøneset farm lies "Gamlehuset". With panoramic views of the majestic "Sunnmørsalpane" lies the farm that has been in the family for several generations. Sæbøneset farm is located in Hjørundfjorden in Ørsta municipality. "Gamlehuset" is centrally located on the farmyard, and is equipped with all the amenities you need. The courtyard has no through traffic. The farm is located close to the sea and has its own harbor, boathouse, campfire area, etc., and is within walking distance to Sæbø center.

The house is located at the far end of Goksøyra with easy access to mountains and the coast. Only a 30-minute walk to Fuglefjellet. The interior has recently been carefully renovated. The bathroom is brand new and is on the ground floor. It is listed with 6 sleeping places, but may be best suited for 4 people (2 double rooms). The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The stairs up to the bedrooms are steep. Sheltered outdoor area and private garden. It takes 25 minutes to drive to the municipal centre of Fosnavåg.
