Just a stone's throw away you will find the popular Brosundet, and you are within walking distance of all the city's restaurants and other attractions. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with a separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed and a TV on the wall. The guest room has a 150 cm bed. In the bathroom there is also a combined washing machine/dryer.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city centre. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers. Also suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storehouse is over a century old, but has been renovated in several rounds. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away.
