Noddfa (refuge/sanctuary) offgrid woodland retreat

Noddfa was built in the summer of 2020 initially as a writer's retreat for the owner. It is located in a magical spot deep in the 60 acres of private woodland belonging to Coed Hills Rural Artspace, a low impact community of friendly, artistically-inclined, wonderful people - 14 of which live scattered about the site in their own hand-built dwellings. Noddfa is very much the owners personal space with lots of evidence of his life and interests. It offers comfortable off-grid peace and seclusion.

Our lovely homely south facing 3 bedroom caravan with front patio doors is based in the quiet cul-de-sac of The Birches Trecco Bay, is great for all the family . With a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom and extra toilet there's enough space and privacy for all . There’s also a open plan kitchen and lounge area for them relaxing evenings and a stunning decking area. We provide pillows, bedding, bath towels and tea towels but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this beautiful spot in nature. Ideal if you need to relax and recharge or just get away for peace and quiet. Plenty of nature walks as this is situated along the Wales coastal path. Ideal if you are visiting Cardiff or Barry as only a short drive away and bus routes within walking distance. Dogs welcome.
