Monthly Rentals in Valencia

Great place to stay for long stays. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Valencia is at a higher altitude then Dumaguete, providing cooler temperatures. Thank you to Dan and Melania and their staff for providing a great place to stay.

Lovely place in a great location just a short distance from Apolong road which has the waterfall and some amazing cafe's and restaurants (try Apolong brewery for the best Mexican!) Comfy bed, quiet with no road noise , furnished with everything you need (smart TV, table chairs, utensils etc - all to a great standard) and they was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Sophie the dog is pretty great too. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique airbnb! Finding the place was a bit tricky due to a lack of phone signal, and the shower pressure was soft, but the owner checked on it promptly. There was a brief power interruption, but these minor issues didn’t impact our overall experience. The view and charm of the treehouse and airbnb made it all worthwhile. The location was spacious and featured a huge, incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Being right next to the owner’s restaurant was a major plus, where we enjoyed delicious food and amazing craft beer! The amenities were excellent. They had Wi-Fi, a microwave, fridge, TV, and air, which conditioning made our stay very convenient. The host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for a unique getaway!

My parents had a wonderful experience staying at Douglas place! they are extremely comfortably throughout their entire month long stay. the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, making it feel like a home away from home. the location is perfect, within walking distance to plaza where they could early pick up family supplies. Douglas and Ariel were fantastic hosts-- very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. they made sure my parents had everything they needed and were always available to assist with anything. there were absolutely no issues during they stay, and everything went smoothly. we would definitely rebook this place if needed. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well- managed stay!
