La vivienda tiene 3 plantas. 2 independientes para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes y 1 planta baja donde solemos estar nosotros . Pegado a EZCARAY y con un carril de paseo adecuado para toda la familia ( 1,5 km. ). La zona es muy tranquila, con amplios jardines para poder estar sin peligro para los peques. Dispone de barbakoa América. Hay piscina comunitaria y éste año 2024 estan del 01/06/24 hasta 29/09/24 y canchas recreativas. Es un pueblo encantador, cerca de VALDEZCARAY ( pistas de ESQUI )
