La Chassagne is the perfect escape for large families or groups to relax and gaze upon the french countryside of rolling hills of quilted sunflower and rapeseed, orchards and chateaux, and sip wine in the shade of an ancient oak. With six acres there is plenty of room for everyone. The farmhouse has two cottages and each has two bedrooms with dining, living, and outdoor lounging/dining areas. Our home is nearby on the property and we will be happy to assist with anything you may need.

Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

"NEW GITE OPENING" Independent, spacious, fully renovated, 135 m2 stone house with a bright living room with fireplace and flat screen, a library area is available as well as a movie theater. A fully equipped traditional kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate 8 people. An exterior with a large terrace and garden table where you can relax peacefully, 5 min walk to the Chapelle Saint Michel and its exceptional panorama!!!

Le Gîte Par Fées 6 people

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. View of the Bourbonnaise countryside. We do allow pets. We rent weekly from June to September, preferably otherwise 3 nights minimum for the rest of the year for organisational reasons. Around the gîte, many visits, tourist activities and hikes are available to you (canoeing...) 1.5 km away, bakeries, grocery, pharmacy, tourist office, doctors, veterinarian etc...

The Gite is located in the heart of Charroux (Classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Gite is well equipped and nicely decorated. Its three large bedrooms and living area are ideal for a family or group of 2 to 6 people. It also has a large terrace and private pool.
