Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. Relax and unwind without Wi-Fi and TV channels.

Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.
