Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. The best place for couples, friends or families with children (1-2 children). Ranta Villa is located on the beach near the main house, yet in its own peace.

It´s always Sunday on the island! Saari Lokonen is a calm private island in the middle of Finland (near Etelä-Konnevesi national park). Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. Bathroom & sauna renovated in 2017. There are no other cabins on the island. Running water comes from the lake, not drinkable.
