Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Typical chalet in Albogno, 3 km from Druogno, in the Vigezzo valley. All stone with fine wood finishes, recently renovated. Large quiet and bright living area, with wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower and balcony on the 1st floor; double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and baby bed, bathroom with bathtub, closet, and exclusive courtyard on the ground floor. In the chalet everything works with electricity; electricity consumption is not included in the price.

The apartment is simple, welcoming, modern but with an antique touch. Upon entering the house, there is an open space kitchen with all the necessary appliances: a table for breakfast products, a reclining sofa and a Smart TV. The room has a double bed and bunk bed with a beautiful view of the Scheggia. In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower and courtesy kit. This apartment is perfect for hosting up to four people in a modern and functional environment.
