This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. Public transportation stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify the four foot friend when booking.

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. The cottage is within walking distance and requires a two hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and restful stay. Looking forward to seeing you. Charming rustic cottage in a small hamlet of Gerra Verzasca. Ideal for 2 people max. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.
