Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The house is located in a quiet hamlet (1 neighbor shares it with us), 25 minutes from the cities of Sens, Nemours and Montereau. From the house, many walks to reach the surrounding hamlets and villages. 4 km away: Intermarché, pharmacy and bakery. The house includes on the ground floor a living room of 60 m2 and a dining kitchen of 30 m2, open to the garden Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
