Parking is available in front of the apartment (communal parking spaces).

Nestled in the heart of the wooded and south-facing subdivision of La Casse, 5 minutes from the center of Vallouise, we offer a beautiful, very bright 75 m² duplex apartment on the top of a house with a garden. A true haven of peace and greenery where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy the many walks and mountain activities that surround us. Part of the garden is accessible to guests and has a garden table and deckchairs.

Apartment for 4 people located on the 1st floor of the ‘Les Dauphinelles 1’ residence, Apt No 7, in Vallouise – La Casse, with a floor area of 55 m². Two bedrooms, one on the mezzanine with a double bed, and the other with 2 bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen area. Sheets and towels not provided . The open-tread staircase leading to the mezzanine is not suitable for young children (under 6 years of age).
