Excellent property steps from the beach, across from La Paz Park (50 meters from the parking access to the beach), completely remodeled in 2019-2020, for 14 guests. 5 bedrooms, (2 en suite with a double bed and 1 en suite with 3 beds, one of them a trundle bed), 5 bathrooms (1 of them a guest bathroom), fully equipped integrated kitchen, washing and drying area, main and daily dining room, terrace, large play area with a trampoline bed, and large barbecue area with a stove and grill.

Equipped kitchen, just bring your food. Linens and towels are included. Ideally have a car, although you can get there with Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendy. Pets are not allowed. Homegym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are sun loungers, hammocks and games.

Parking inside the plot. The condominium is very safe, with controlled access and security guards day and night. The plot has its own caretaker.
