Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

Parking in front of the house TV screen s/cable. And there are 3 supermarkets nearby.

Cozy space with access and private bathroom located in a safe residential area of Villa Alemana on the border with Quilpué. The room has a double bed. We provide bed linen and towels. The room is spacious and sunny and has a table that can function as a desk and a closet. We have a kettle, microwave, minibar, plates, cups, and services. In addition, there is a water, tea and sugar dispenser to liven up the arrival of our guests. We do not receive children.

We are located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from downtown Viña del Mar and 15 minutes from downtown Valparaiso. Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. It has a 4.30 m x 2.50 m parking space and another large one in the neighboring house.

Beautiful view directly to the Pacific, about a 10-minute walk to the beach, at the foot of Cerro La Virgen and very close to the entrance to Puquen Park. You should bring your personal items such as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The tap water is not recommended for cooking or drinking, for that bring water in containers.

La Casa del Almirante, Studio

Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the city's history. The main building dates back to 1921. Its main owner for much of the century and in which the name was inspired, was the Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, D. Víctor Oelckers. Our new studios have access to the property's garden and are renovated and functional spaces.

I live in the house next door all year round and will be attentive to your needs. We have a pack & play crib. To go to the master bedroom and the one with 2 beds you have to go up 2 steps, and the ceiling is about 2 meters high.
