Sunny garden with bbq etc gives onto to pine forest. Walk or cycle straight from the garden on car-free paths, winter and summer. Secluded yet close to village (400m), lift (700m), XC ski trails (100m). Private parking. Light and airy open plan living / kitchen / dining area, new handmade kitchen with granite surfaces & modern appliances.

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront chalet for 7 persons with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from every room as well as from the terraces and private beach. The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities. Ideal for skiing, hiking, swimming, boats and stand up paddle, climbing, mountain biking and many other fun activities. Chairlift at 10 minutes by foot from the chalet. This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer and winter holiday with family and friends.

The living area features wooden walls and a sloped ceiling with a skylight allowing natural light to fill the space. Two comfortable chairs are placed around a small table, complemented by a floor lamp and a vintage clock. A mirror reflects the warm, rustic ambiance.

Easy and quick access by train with the Mont Blanc Express and by car. If you are looking for a magical place, off the beaten track, you have found it. In a village of 60 inhabitants, suspended and protected you will quickly feel out of the world and you will live a unique experience. it is an ideal place for a desire for slow life, calm and serenity. However, it is not at all a place to come to party and you will be asked to respect the tranquility of the place.

The larch chalet has all modern comforts with its stove and the gentle warmth of underfloor heating.
