Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Beachfront Oasis: Krk Island, Njivice - 150sqm apt

Njivice is a small and cosy fish village with kind local people and cuisine. The apartment is situated on a great location, only 20 meters from the beach with direct way by stairs to the beach. Located between the beautiful green trees for a discreet holiday, this spacious three bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. Studio Lavander with private garden

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

A house with 3 apartments. Apartment Marinero is located in a high attic with a beautiful view of the bay. It has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room! On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchen at guests disposal. All apartments have wi-fi and internet television, air conditioning and a washing machine. Distance from the sea and beach is less than 5 min by foot, and from the center of Malinska 5 min by car.

Apartment Lavanda is situated in a peaceful and quiet part of Vantačići, 3 km from the centre of Malinska, and 50 m from the sea and the beach. A promenade by the sea (for walking or cycling), which is 30 m from the property, leads all the way to the centre of Malinska and Porat. A beach for younger children is very close. The property is surrounded by greenery, with a barbecue and the parking in the yard. Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a beautifull sea view.
