The property is located in the village of Dramont (part of the city of Saint-Raphël) in the Massif d'Estérel, in the Var department. The accommodation is in a villa dating from between the wars, located at the end of a pleasant Mediterranean garden of more than 1000 square meters. The whole place gives an impression of harmony. Parking is on the property and is hassle-free. The beach is about 200 m from the entrance to the villa. The beach is also the starting point for hikes around the coast. Small shops and local restaurants are a 10-minute walk, the supermarket is 6 km away. The listing description matches reality. Relations with the owner were professional and very pleasant, while the host behaved with discretion. We had a pleasant vacation, we didn't want to leave

Wonderful stay, beautiful environment and nature this spring season! Great private access to the coastal path and beach close to the property. In April, this small steep path that goes around the peninsula is of great beauty, very flowery, it offers its setting, like a postcard in which you walk. For walking only, the indoor roads are not very safe and the restaurants of the village of Giens are 25 minutes away, but the Tour Fondue is very close with also a few restaurants.

A very nice stay, quiet and private, by car it is about 13 minutes to the beach or shopping center, if you want to take the bus you can get to St. Tropez easily. Very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at this apartment! The place is very well located, close to shops. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Martine‘s holiday hut is very cosy. You have absolutely every equipment you need for a comfortable stay. She chose nice colours (light green and beige) to give the interior a harmonious appearance. We felt at home from the first moment. Highly recommended place!

We stayed in christoph place for 10 days and our stay couldn’t be better! Very nice and clean studio.. the garden was very beautiful with its trees and the view to the sea.. many beautiful beaches are just 5-10 minutes walk.. there is an air condition which can be helpful in a hot days.. the area is save, calm and we recommend it for sure! A perfect stay in a perfect property. The studio and outside living space are quite delightful. A beautiful pool and garden, which we utilised to the maximum. Dominique is truly a fine hostess. A little slice of heaven just 10 minutes from Grasse. The villa, in addition to its ideal location, has many assets: a breathtaking view, pleasant exteriors with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool (more than welcome in August) and a very well arranged and furnished accommodation. A wonderful experience in this home that keeps all its promises. Being great AirBandB regulars, we have rarely had such a welcome with a beautiful welcome aperitif and a perfectly thoughtful and thoughtful breakfast. The accommodation was impeccable, the Spa perfect to relax after a hike or walk with beautiful seats and thought to have an aperitif facing the sunset , the very comfortable bedding and bath linen generously made available. The materials are beautiful qualities and the decor perfectly matched and well thought out. Everything is true to what is stated in the description. Thanks to Gregory and Christelle for their welcome, their trust and generosity in the little touches ( eggs from their chickens for breakfast, water bottles...) We recommend this place without hesitation because there are few places where we are greeted by a welcome aperitif.

The house is located in a gated community near frejus. Everything from the pool to the bed and the kitchen is wonderful and identical to the prictures. Cedric's parents livr above the flat and were here for us whenever we needed something. A very warm welcome and a easy check-out. We had a wonderful month at this lovely house with everything we could wish for. When we arrived, we found a house very well cleaned and equipped with all the luxury, such as a beautiful shower, a good bed, a good bed, a full kitchen, a good WiFi, a good WiFi, a beautiful terrace, the air conditioning, shutters and electric canopy. The house is even more beautiful than the description and the photos show it. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the large pool, the beach nearby and the tranquility.
