This unique accommodation is located in the heart of central Solna in a house built in 1929 that consists of three apartments. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with lots of flowers and nice places to have coffee, arrange a barbecue dinner or have a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. WiFi and TV with Canal-Digital are included. Free parking on the premises.

It is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with an elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar streets.

Close to transportation Around the corner there is a very popular sushi shop. Bakery and grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. Large green areas are nearby.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.
