Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. Located in the countryside in a small quiet hamlet. This accommodation is independent and adjoining our accommodation . It can accommodate 2 people ( 4 if children who use the sofa bed).There is an enclosed garden,grassed and flowered. A wooden terrace with table,chairs, shade sail and sunbeds. We only accept 1 dog and small size and no category dog ( staff,rott etc...) We don't want any parties in the accommodation, no birthdays, no New Year's Eve.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.
