For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Fishing license must be purchased in the Affären i Lekvattnet electricity online at Ifiske. You can relax at the place or go on Finnskog's hiking trails, cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 minutes to 2 alpine resorts (Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage very myself so please let me know before booking!!! Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards.
