Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodation for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. Villa by the pond

Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. Extra bed option for two with 10cm mattresses. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bed linen and towels are washed with unscented detergent and ironed.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Studio apartment in a peaceful area in Niinivaara

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the lake. What's more, the location is ideal for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
