In the middle of the Normandy countryside, Alice and Paul welcome you to their property where you will enjoy a completely independent 50m² cottage arranged upstairs from an outbuilding distributed as follows: - Entrance; - Main living room-kitchen; - 2 Bedroom - Shower room; - Separate toilet. All in the middle of 4.5 hectares of greenery bordered by meadows where horses and cows graze.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
