Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Mysig villa i skogen - bastu, spabad & egen brygga

Med hänförande panoramautsikt över glittrande vatten väntar detta bekväma boende med läge utöver det vanliga. Slå er ner på altanen och njut av en obeskrivlig solnedgång över vattnet från jacuzzin, ta ett svalkande dopp från den egna bryggan eller ett värmande bastubad under kyliga kvällar. Här bor man lika bekvämt året om och det finns alltid något att uppleva! Lata sommardagar, svamp- och bärrika skogar, ljudlös båttur med elmotor och naturnära motionsmöjligheter. Möjligheterna är oändliga!

Perfect for families or friends, with space for up to 6 guests in the main house, and the option to use the guest cottage for larger groups. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön. Tjörn erbjuder vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring, konst och restauranger.

Unikt läge med vidsträckt sjöutsikt över Vänern med egen strand & klippor. I anslutning till huset ligger en stenbrygga som man kan bada & fiska ifrån. Totalt 6 bäddar med möjlighet till ytterligare 2. Stor altan med matbord, solstolar & loungeset. Huset är några min promenad till Svalnäsbadet, svamp & bärskogar & Hindens Rev. Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Welcome to this cozy 30 sqm boathouse with a stunning view over Lake Aspen – perfect for nature lovers looking for peace and relaxation. The cottage sits right by the water and features a small kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping loft. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Lugnt och avskilt läge på Haragården i Alboga, ni bor på gården med djur runt om. Vi som bor på gården har hundar och katt. Brygghuset är tillbyggt med modern standard med den gamla känslan bevarad. Nedervåning: Fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med soffa och fåtöljer och smart-tv, toalett o dusch. Övervåning: Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Wifi finns. Dammen går att bada i och bredvid ligger den vedeldad bastu, utemöbler och grill.
