Such an excellent place to stay! It's super clean very spacious and in a quiet and peaceful building. I stayed here for a week to work remotely and found it great to do so, the internet connection was fast and reliable and the apartment is spacious to work well. The kitchen was very well equipped so it was very easy to cook meals throughout the week. The location is excellent as it's very close the shops and nice restaurants and the bus stop is right outside the building. Martin is an excellent & friendly host who took is time to greet me in person and provide lots of useful information for my stay. He responded prompt to messages and communicated very clearly. I'd be more than happy to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Ivan’s place in Malmö! The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The amenities are top, and it felt like a home away from home. Ivan is an outstanding host—friendly, always available, and the communication was seamless from start to finish. We felt well all around and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malmö!
