Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Καλαίσθητο, φωτεινό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στον πρώτο όροφο γωνιακής διώροφης οικοδομής σε γραφικό παραδοσιακό, νησιώτικο χωριό στην Ελλάδα. Υπάρχει μπαλκόνι στην μπροστινή και πλαϊνή πλευρά. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης ενός επιπλέον μονού κρεβατιού στο χώρο του σαλονιού. Διαθέτει και ένα καναπέ ο οποίος μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη όπως και το μπάνιο με ολοκαίνουργιες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές.

Το διαμέρισμα, το οποίο απέχει περίπου 45χλμ από τη Μυτιλήνη, καταλαμβάνει 70 τ. μ. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, λουτρό με μπανιέρα, τραπεζαρία - κουζίνα και δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια στο μπροστινό, με θέα τη θάλασσα, και στο πίσω μέρος της ιδιοκτησίας. Επίσης, υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα χρήσης κεντρικών πλυντηρίου και barbeque. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 70μ. και σε απόσταση 100μ. υπάρχει mini market. Στην περιοχή θα βρείτε φαρμακείο, atm, καφετέριες, ταβέρνες και beach bars για να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας!

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.
