Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Approximately 7 minutes' walk to a nice bay with rocks, sandy beach, swimming jetty, raft with diving tower and small playground with slide for the little ones.

Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning fireplace and wonderful view. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the lapping of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. This is to make us feel safe with our tenants as well as to have your stay as good as possible. Previous reviews are from renting a residence in the city.

Have a lovely stay with family or friends in Roslagen's beautiful archipelago! 2 cozy cottages in a quiet area with large south-facing balcony and proximity to nature and sea (less than 2 km to nice sandy beach). In addition to lovely lawns that invite you to play, there is also a large electrically heated hot tub (without bubbles) for 10-12 people and a sauna for about 8 people. Rural with horses in the knot. 300 m from the roslagsleden. 5 km swim in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
