Welcome to this house completely renovated by us 10km from Vesoul, 6km from Scey sur Saône, 5km from Vaivre and Montoille, where the lake and its sandy beach is located. You will find a cycling path at the exit of the village. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed, 3 single beds, but it is possible to attach 2 single beds in 1 double. In the back of the house is a small garden with terrace without vis-à-vis.

Ideal for recharging your batteries for families or groups of friends… one bedroom is closed and the other is a mezzanine which means it's not closed, it's on the landing Pets are also allowed.
