Between Mountain and Lake, ideal for walks, SKIING, hiking, city, QUEEN Anniversary, Montreux Jazz Festivals etc.

100 m2 apartment by the lake in a family house, completely renovated, stunning views of the lake and mountains, next to the beach and all amenities. Possibility of beautiful walks in the vineyards of the Unesco estate or by the lake. Village 300 m away, very lively, concerts on the quay (July and August), water sports, swimming 30 seconds from the house. Shopping mall 100 m away, various shops in the village. Bus 20 m away, train station 250 m away. Nothing but happiness by the lake!

Warm loft 20m from the beach

This loft ideally located a few meters from the public beach will delight you. Private terrace, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Bedroom lounge on the 1st floor. The place is lively from March to October by a small bar where one spends convivial moments and where one can enjoy excellent frying of the lake! (Buvette closed as of October 10, 2022. Scheduled for April 1, 2023. It will possibly be open during the weekends of March in case of favorable weather)

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Stätchen Murten. Du wirst mein Atelier lieben wegen seiner charmanten Umgebung, viel Platz im Atelier 60m2 und im Garten. Es ist hell, ruhig und du hast einen schönen Blick in den Garten auf den See und die Berge. Mein Atelier ist gut für Paare , Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit Kindern. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.
