Loft holiday rentals in Vaud

Great place to stay, knowing that the beams are low as (George had written on the page from the beginning) we loved it and the views were amazing. Very practical and close to Montreux (15-20mins walk down to the lakeside), so a really great place to stay. And incredible value for money 👍 a must to do one day !

Elisabeth is an exceptional host! As soon as I arrived, she made me feel comfortable with her warm welcome and special touches. Taking care of everything from start to finish, she makes sure that everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. Her hospitality and kindness make the stay particularly enjoyable. Sibylle’s place is really nice with a lot of love for details and respect of nature. She communicated very proactive with clear and useful information. The place offers all the amenities that we required for a weekend and we had a great time on the terrace using the BBQ. The place is very quiet and suits perfectly to discover the surroundings of the Murten region. We would love to come back someday!

The place was very big and comfortable. We were 8 people, and with the 3 bathrooms and 4 rooms it made things very easy. The house was well equipped regarding the kitchen, and also with electronics / music. For the ski (we had many beginners), we used the car, it was close but felt like the best choice. Villars has both a completely free beginners area, and nice blue pistes up the slopes. We were there end of December and there was not too much snow (none at the village, it only snowed a bit once while there) but that's just luck, and we did some other sport activities at Villars. Only slight negative, the 2nd car had to be parked 6-7 minutes away uphill, as there is only one place in front of the house. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our holiday stay at this loft.

We enjoyed our stay and the welcome of Jean-Daniel and Serge so much that we returned to this peaceful retreat in the middle of the Vaud countryside among the horses, a beautiful Dalmatian and elegant chickens. The architecture of the loft is very beautiful, with large windows that let in the light and the surrounding nature. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. Jean-Daniel is a very responsive and kind host. Ideally located between Lausanne and Yverdon, with an excellent bakery 5 minutes by car. I highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely night, in a rustic and very well appointed accommodation, very clean and true to description. A very good and warm welcome and a very good meal in the evening in the restaurant. I highly recommend it!

We were very warmly welcomed by Andrew in person who explained us all we needed to know for our stay in the apartment and provided us with first necessities for our stay. The appartement is very cosy with plenty of space for 6 and beautiful views on the alps. It is very well equipped with everything you might need and was perfectly clean. Andrew was very responsive to messages before, during and after our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend the place!

Always happy to stay here. Great location near metro and grocery. Just steps down the street. Very quiet location even though off Rue Caroline. Mike is super-responsive and available when needed. Will certainly stay again.

The place was really nice, super clean and cozy. Only the view of an industrial area has been somewhat annoying, but you forget this when you see the beautiful mountains! The check in was straightforward and relaxed.

Fanstastic location, walking distance from the main Station, old City and City Center. It is Not Just another Rental flat. This place has a soul and a owner's character. Fanstastic place to spend few days. It is Just amazing.

I have stayed in numerous high end hotels and apartments globally and this was a match for any of them. The layout, the space and the quality of furnishings are fantastic. Was perfect for a family holiday. All of this alongside magnificent views and a short walk in the village. Truly spectacular all round. To cap it all the hosts were extremely helpful with ideas and information for the stay and even reserved spaces at the local ski school due to high demand. Great place and great hosts, would fully recommend to anyone!

The apartment is very located with beautiful views of Lake Morat. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped (it has a washing machine). It has remarkable architecture and decorated with artwork, as well as the driveway to access it. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
