Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

The bedroom is in a 1980s villa in a quiet, green residential area of Meylan. The private balcony of the room overlooks the park of a magnificent mansion which ensures calm and unobstructed views. The bedroom is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the Innovative Zone. A bus stop is 50 metres from the house and serves all of this part of Meylan in minutes.

Ideal for mountain and hiking lovers. Close to Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (30 minutes away). Three lakes (10 minutes away) allow you to combine mountain and water activities.
