Lovely house 260 m2 in Lyon heart of Gratte-Ciel

House located within 10 min by tube to center of Lyon. The house contained 10 double bedrooms with AC from 12 to 16 m2. The flat is 260 m2 size plus a 60 m2 wood terrasse. You will have access to 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 fridges, 1 microwaves, 2 cofee machines, 2 cooking plates, 1 oven ... It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood in the heart of the historical area of "Gratte-Ciel". The tube line of Lyon "Ligne A" is about 400m (few stations from center of Lyon)

The sleeping area is in an attic mezzanine, with a double bed with quality bedding. This 6.2 m² night space has a height of 1.3 m at the highest, you will have to duck.
